Love Island stunner Kady McDermott was seen “fuming” on Wednesday’s dramatic episode (July 5) as she issued a two-word response to Molly Marsh.
As the singleton returned from Casa Amor single, hoping to return to her partner Zachariah Noble, she was clearly stunned to see former islander Molly standing by her man as she said through gritted teeth: “She’s back! Welcome back.”
Molly’s reaction also caused a stir amongst fans, as she offered up a “fake smile” with many saying she was “smug.”

Fans were up in arms over the awkward exchange.
Taking to Twitter, one fan wrote: “Kady’s ‘welcome back’ wasn’t fooling anyone just pure Spain without the s.”
““She’s back, welcome back” Kady got the evil smirk going on she is vex!”
Others commented on Molly’s reaction.
“I don’t even like Molly but that smug face, the revenge to was sweet for her not to show it.”
Another penned: “lmao that first little face molly makes is diabolical.”
A third said: “Molly made the “ he knows where home is at” face to kady and it got me creasingggggg.”
More chimed in, saying: “’The passive aggressive facial expression battle between kady and molly was intense’ with another adding: “molly and kady lowkey ready to murder each other with their passive aggressive smiles.”
Since Molly’s shock exit last month, Kady has been getting to know Zachariah Noble, with the couple sharing bedtime kisses just days after Molly’s exit.
However, Casa Amor saw the bombshell return of the theatre actress, with her and Zach quickly picking things up where they left off.
The remainder of the recoupling was equally as dramatic as Catherine returned with new love interest Elom, much to the dismay of partner Scott.
Montel chose to stay loyal to Leah, and was thrilled to see her return solo.
But he faced some challenges form his Casa love interest who claimed the pair were “not PG” under the sheets and claims she was surprised by his choice.
The biggest bombshell of the night so far came when Ella returned with new beau Ouzy.
The housemates were collectively stunned as Tyrique had just declared his commitment to her and his hopes that she would return to the villa single.
Love Island airs nightly on ITV2 and ITVX at 9pm
