Love Island star Adam Collard has confessed that he’s only speaking to two islanders from last year’s series.
The 27-year-old personal trainer from Newcastle returned to the popular dating show last year following his initial stint in 2018.

Talking exclusively to Daily Star at the opening of Choppaluna’s new restaurant in London, he said: “Don’t get me wrong I’ve got some really good friends off Love Island.
“But I also got some that I thought I would speak to forever but I probably haven’t,” he explained.
He continued: “I’ll be honest after the last series, the one that I went on last, out of the two or three boys that I thought I’d be friends with I’ve barely spoken to them.
“Like Luca and Davide are probably the only two that message me about anything.”
Divulging into his friendship dynamic with Love Island winner Davide, Adam also explained that their was orchestrated tension between them at first.
He said: “They tried to make me and Davide clash on week one and I would say he’s been the most genuine person to have messaged me out of that. I’ve got to give him credit for that.”
The fitness instructor also said that he’s not in any sort of group chat with the other islanders from the 2022 series.
Although Adam appeared to find love with media personality Zara McDermott in 2018, it was Paige Thorne who stole his heart during the hit dating show last year.
Adam and Paige’s relationship looked promising and after finishing in fifth place on the show they became an official couple once leaving the villa.
But their short-lived romance wasn’t to be after footage emerged of Adam with his arms around another woman in a McDonald’s, fuelling speculation that he had been unfaithful.
After the pictures surfaced on social media, the pair still tried to make their relationship work.
But following Adam’s holiday to Bali, the pair decided to call time on their relationship with Paige later insisting that she knew it was done by that time.
Love Island airs nightly on ITV2 and ITVX at 9pm
