Love Island winner Davide Sanclimenti has turned from reality star to ghostbuster to protect girlfriend Ekin-Su Cülcüloglu – who fears their swanky apartment might be haunted.
And now the dating show champs are set to quit London and move to Manchester.
Davide says: “Ekin thinks the house is haunted so she makes me go around looking for ghosts.

“I’ve never seen anything.
“We watch a trailer in the night and after it finishes, she gets scared and so I have to look for ghosts or anyone who might be trying to break in.”
The couple were on holiday in the Maldives in February when suspected thieves were caught on the doorbell camera of their east London pad pretending to be maintenance workers.
Italian-born Davide was based in Manchester before Love Island while Ekin lived in Essex and he adds: “We have friends in Manchester and can live a better life.
“When we need to, we can go to London for work. London reminds me of Rome – it’s too big.
“Most of the people we know are up north.”
After shooting to fame last summer due to his fiery rows with Turkish soap actress Ekin, the former financial worker has bagged himself lucrative modelling deals and the couple had their own ITV2 show visiting his home country.
He says: “I feel one year has been five years. I studied finance, but the way I look at success and money has changed.
“We always want more in life, but I’ve learned money isn’t the only thing in life – friends, family, Ekin, the special people matter the most.
“But I like to shock so I can’t say what or if I have anything planned for our first anniversary.”
While he was too busy to watch the winter series, Davide, 27, and Ekin, 28, are watching the summer romance seekers.
He adds: “I’m going to watch this time with different eyes – I can understand if someone is playing a game.
“I don’t regret anything about my experience. I hope they will have fun and find the right person for them.”
Davide has also turned matchmaker after teaming up with Prezzo.
The Italian restaurant chain found 6.2million singles are searching for “The One” this summer and 46% of Brits believe in love at first sight.
Davide hosted a speed dating event on Thursday (June 8) in London and will be in Manchester on Thursday (June 15) for another.
The telly hunk says: “It comes naturally to me to be a gentleman. Italians are more passionate, which English girls appreciate.
“I get guys asking me how to approach women and I say the most important thing is to make the girl laugh.
“It’s not about being good-looking, but making her feel comfortable.
“A bit of passion makes the girl feel important and special. I was worried people wouldn’t understand my humour in Love Island because I’m Italian, but people stop me and say they loved watching me.
“That’s one of the best feelings – apart from meeting Ekin.”
