Love Island star Hannah Elizabeth has told fans she’s in the process of “building my booty” as she shows off her peachy derrière.
The 33-year-old took to Instagram to share that she was having sculpture injections in her buttocks to achieve a fuller and rounder look.
Hannah, who starred in series one of Love Island, also shared that she’s on a “journey” to increase the size of her booty while explaining that the process will be done in stages.

Talking directly to the camera, the blonde bombshell said: “Hi guys, I’m with classic cosmetics today building my booty and I can’t wait to show you guys the results later on.”
Posing up a storm, Hannah also shared a short boomerang video of her backside which included a rose tattoo on the right cheek.
Jumping back onto Instagram a while later, Hannah gave more details on what she had done.
She said: “So basically, I share all the work I get done with you guys and obviously you know I’ve had bum filler before.
“But this time I am going on a bit more of a journey with classic cosmetics because I’m going to build it up bit by bit.
“Every section of the booty I’m going to build up in stages this time, so it actually builds up and last.
“So it’s kind of a bit of a process but I want to show yous each way through the process.”
She added: “Today we concentrated on just covering the sides of the implant and the next time we’re gonna go in and start to build the booty outwards.”
Last year, Hannah was forced to bite back at online trolls who criticised her on her facial surgery results.
The proud mum-of-one often updates her followers online when she does decide to go under the knife and appeared to be pleased with her surgical adjustments.
But despite being smitten with her results, Hannah jumped on social media to slam those who had negative things to say.
She wrote: “Sick of messages from vile bitter women honestly its disgusting [sic]. It stinks of nothing but bitterness and jealousy.
“Please don’t comment on what I do with MY BODY. I’m a 32-year-old woman, not a young child. Also, allow me its day 2 from surgery I clearly am not going to look well but unlike a lot of people who hide it I want to show u my journey.”
