Former Love Island contestant Haris Namani explained why he thought Aussie star Jessie Wynter is playing a game.
Speaking to Will Njobvu on the Reality podcast with fellow islander Anna-May Robey, Haris claimed that Jessie had told the islanders that she saw Will Young as “more of a friend” after her date with the TikTok farmer.
“Who in the villa right now is not looking for love and just wants the fame and the money?” Will asked.

Haris replied without hesitation: “Jessie.”
“Jessie’s type on paper wasn’t Will. When she came back from the date she said, ‘I see him as a friend more than anything,'” he claimed.
“In the first chat she had with Will she mentioned that she had a bit of an ick but I’m not saying that hasn’t changed,” Haris continued. “We didn’t think she was going to actually get with Will 100%.
“I guess Will brings the funny side of himself but he’s actually into her,” Haris reassured.
Will and Jessie are currently coupled up and are seemingly smitten with one another, but fans and former islanders alike believe Jessie is playing a game.
During the interview, Anna-May agreed with the idea of Jessie playing a game.
“I feel like she came in Will was the only single boy and she didn’t really give any of the other boys a chance,” she explained before host Will asked: “Do you think she knew will was a safe option?”
“Yeah,” Anna-May responded. “I think she’s watched [the show] before coming in and seen that Will is very very liked.”
She added: “I could be wrong but that’s what I think. She’s just gone straight to Will.”
Haris and Anna-May were the second lot of islanders to be dumped from the island when Aussie bombshells Aaron Waters and Jessie were told to pick which islanders should leave the villa.
