Love Island star Paige Thorne has broken her silence after Adam Collard admitted their relationship was a sly “game plan”.
Adam, who appeared on Love Island twice and was the first former Islander to return as a bombshell in the last series, reached the final week with the beautiful Welsh contestant Paige, 25.
Last month, Adam admitted that he “chose the right person to stay on the show” and confessed to having a game plan when he reentered the villa.

During an Instagram Q&A, a fan asked Paige about Adam’s comment, questioning whether it hurt that he claimed it was his intention all along to couple up with her.
In response, the paramedic fired back at Adam, suggesting that some people are simply “better at playing games than others.”
She stated: “Only things that hold value in your life can hurt you.
“Let’s not forget it was a game show, and some individuals were just more adept at playing it.
“Besides, that was a long time ago, so it doesn’t really matter anymore.”
This development follows Adam’s revelation about the true reason behind his return to the show.
Speaking to Mail Online, Adam explained: “The thing with Love Island is that I’m the only one willing to admit it—I would intentionally choose the right person to stay on the show.”
He continued: “That’s why, in my opinion, I went back on the show. They realised I didn’t care about anything.”
Adam had previously discussed how he observed other show participants, such as Molly-Mae Hague, attain immense fame and how he desired to follow in their footsteps.
He shared: “We all know the game. The second time around was really challenging for me because I could see through everything. It’s unbelievable how clear it becomes.”
The 27-year-old emphasized that while everyone comes on and says they’re here to find love, “nobody is naive” about the greater opportunities that come with appearaing on the show.
Adam caught the attention of the Welsh paramedic while she was coupled up with Jacques O’Neill, who later left the villa.
After leaving the show, Adam quickly became Paige’s boyfriend, but their relationship ended a few months later.
Paige attributed their split to a series of videos circulating online, showing Adam cozying up to girls with his arms around them at nightclubs.
