Madonna thrills fans as they claim she’s ‘just as sexy as she was in the 80s’

Madonna has thrilled fans with her latest Instagram update as she posted a closeup selfie and a snippet of her new song.

On Sunday (June 11), Madonna shared a bare-faced snap of her looking down the camera lens to her Instagram Story.

She added the caption: “When you know your only day off isn’t really a day off”

This comes after her grid post, which promoted her new track titled Vulgar.

She captioned this post: “We do what We Wanna………… Happy Pride. @samsmith #vulgar”

Friends and fans flocked to the comment section with their mixed reviews of her new work with Sam Smith.

Perez Hilton wrote: “Yessss!”

One fan said: “She’s just as sexy as she was in the 80s how is that??”

While a second added: “Remember when Pride used to be about love and joy instead of being “vulgar”? Those were the days!”

A third penned: “This is lazy and boring.”

“Love this. And it’s hilarious that these comments could be from 1987 or 1999 or 2002 or 2006 or 2015. People always making the same tired criticisms,” posted a fourth.

This comes after Madonna recently shared a lengthy post about her mother.

The singer shared a photo of them on her Instagram and penned: “I miss my mother every day And have fantasized for decades of what it must be like to have a mother to: call on for help, guidance, care And wisdom and yet I rejected the idea of being a mother well into my 30s because I associated motherhood with sacrifice suffering and ultimately death and I wanted none of that.
