The cast of Married at First Sight UK 2023 have dished the dirt of what fans can expect from the “explosive” dinner parties this series.
16 singletons have signed up to the E4 social experiment after struggling to find love on their own and now they’ve put their future in the hands of relationship experts Paul C Brunson, Mel Schilling and Charlene Douglas.
Over the next few weeks, fans will watch the newlyweds embark on married life and take on challenges as well as attend the infamous dinner parties.

Speaking to Daily Star and other press about filming the weekly meals with their fellow cast members, groom Paul said: “It’s carnage, pure carnage. I think there was more screaming than eating.”
“You try generally to mind your own business but everyone gets dragged into some drama. You’re bang in the middle,”
Co-star Thomas added: “I just remember I was between two people arguing, just eating my pork.” You say something, just on a whim, and then you’re brought into the argument like ‘That’s not what I said! I don’t remember saying that. Did I say that? I’m so sorry’.”
Luke revealed: “The tension before the dinner parties, you could cut it with a knife. You knew exactly what was going to go down. You have close friends there at dinner parties who you support but you do also have enemies and people you can’t stand. It’s like a dysfunctional family.”
The blushing brides also opened up about attending the dinner parties along with their new husbands, who claimed that there’s was snogging on the menu.

Ella teased: “There was lots of snogging, lots of drama. I can honestly swear, it was all real. There were reasons for why people had fall outs and for some drama and stuff. The drinking probably didn’t help but It’s all genuinely real. It’s not all made up.”
Rosaline agreed: “I was gobsmacked at the first dinner party, I was like ‘I’ve not been around animals like this before!’.”
Peggy said: “Expect the unexpected. Literally for starter, main and dessert you’ve got drama.”
Married at First Sight UK airs Monday to Thursday on E4 at 9pm
