“We wear pink on Wednesday’s,” she revealed.
“That was the game. And there was an optional fine that would be donated to charity.”
She added further: “I’d say the grips were the most resistant.”
Margot went on to say that because they were being resistant to the challenge, she decided to punish the crew by covering their truck in pink.
She added: “I decorated the truck for them since they weren’t getting in the pink spirit. I snook off and covered the whole thing in pink streamers and glitter and everything.
“They got on board after that.”
Margot plays Barbie in the highly-anticipated Barbie film and stars alongside Ryan Gosling, who plays her beau Ken.
Fans were swooning over the gorgeous actress during her appearance on the BBC show.
Margot sported a pink copped jacket with a deep neckline and a mini skit that accentuated her endless pins.
“Margot Robbie is a beautiful woman excellent actress and great personality” gushed one fan.
“Margot Robbie might just be the hottest woman on the planet,” said a second, while a third added: “Margot and América seem really nice people!!”
Co-star Rylan Gosling has also spoken out about the pink challenge
Gosling said the male crew members loved “pink day” and even made a special gift to honor Robbie and the film’s director, Greta Gerwig.
“At the end of the film, they all got together and, with their own money, made pink crew shirts with rainbow fringe,” Gosling said.
“It was this opportunity for them to show their respect and admiration for what Margot and Greta were creating,” he told Peopl magazine
“It was almost like that scene at the end of ‘Dead Poets Society,’ where they all get on their desks and say, ‘O captain! My captain!'” he added.
