My Name is Earl star Ethan Suplee showed off his 300lb weight loss in a totally ripped new gym snap.
The actor, who shot to fame as Randy Hickey in the noughties sitcom alongside Jason Lee, has shed more than 21 stone since deciding to embark on a health journey.
Now a regular gym-goer, Ethan often delights fans on Instagram with his ripped snaps, and in his latest post showed off his bulging biceps and six pack in a tight charcoal t-shirt.

The actor has also grown his facial hair out into a thick dark beard, and let fans see the edge of the tattoos poking out from under his sleeve as he pulled a face for the camera.
Adding a backwards baseball cap and wireless earphones, Ethan looked stronger than ever surrounded by weight machines in the gym.
In contrast to his ripped snap, Ethan also added a throwback snap of him at his heaviest – around 500lbs.
He was so heavy normal scales couldn’t weigh him, and he had to use a freight scale instead. At his heaviest, Ethan suffered from congestive heart failure and ate “enough food to feed a small family”.
But now Ethan has worked on overcoming his food addiction and turned his life around.
The star wrote on Instagram: “Once upon a time, the whole world was an impossibility. Conquering all of it is still impossible, so I’m just concentrating on today.
“If today becomes too much, I will focus on right now. Right now, I’m okay. I will beat right now.”
The inspirational message hit home for some fans, who rushed to comment on the post.
One gushed: “You’re a legend man… thanks for always inspiring us.”

As someone else echoed: “You took control of your story and I’m proud of you.”
“You’re my role model,” a third social media user added, while a fourth wrote: “Amazing transformation boss man!”
Dad-of-four Ethan said his weight loss journey finally clicked into place when he started counting calories and eating nutritious foods, like dark leafy greens, chicken and salmon.
He explained to Men’s Health: “As I became more calorie conscious, I started to binge less and fill up on healthier foods. After a few months of this, calories stopped being calories. They started being food.”
