ITV Lorraine viewers were left fuming after I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! star Paul Burrell made some new royal remarks.
On Friday (April 21), Paul starred on the ITV talk show and chatted with Lorrain Kelly about his all-stars I’m A Celeb experience.
Lorraine talked to Paul about his cancer diagnosis, which he found out due to the show’s medical team, and the fact the Queen passed away whilst they were filming.

Paul said: “I’ve sat in the jungle with cancer the queen has died and I’m thinking ‘Oh wow, how do I get through this?’
“We gather strength from somewhere, I had two angels sitting on my shoulders, the princess and the queen.”
He also claimed that the two royals helped “make him who he is today” and branded the queen as his “second mum”.
Though fans were not thrilled with his comments and took to social media to share their thoughts.
One fan tweeted: “The Queen and Princess Diana made Paul Burrel what he is today? They must be turning in their graves.”
A second added: “It must be difficult to have someone on either shoulder constantly telling you they think you’re a k*** #lorraine”
While a third penned: “Paul Burrell, what a c***. #lorraine Queen and Diana on his shoulders”
“Sat on his shoulders or s*** on his shoulders? #lorraine,” a fourth posted.
A fifth put: “First hanging on Diana’s coattails now the Queen, he just doesn’t stop does he #lorraine”
Lorraine then moved the segment on to something a little lighter, where the pair went head-to-head in a ‘Bushtucker trial’ on the show.
Ex-campmate Scarlette Douglas showed them the ropes and helped them dip their mitts into mystery boxes whilst blindfolded.
One fan commented on the hilarious task and said: “Can I just say that Paul Burell was the most brilliant celebrity in the jungle !! He was just SO, SO funny!! #lorraine”
I’m A Celebrity… South Africa launches on ITV1 and ITVX on Monday, April 24 at 9pm.
