Pedro Pascal's net worth exposed as star 'earned $600,000 per Last of Us episode'

Pedro Pascal’s net worth has skyrocketed since he became Hollywood’s leading hunk – starring in everything from The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent alongside Nicolas Cage to Game of Thrones.

Recently it’s been tricky to escape the actor as he’s in enough hit series to suit everyone.

Pedro has played The Mandalorian in the Star Wars spin-off since 2019, reprising his role in Disney+ series The Book of Boba Fett for three episodes.

And he was all fans of a post-apocalyptic wasteland could talk about when he took on the role of Joel Miller in the TV adaptation of bestselling video game The Last of Us.

It’s no surprise, then, that the star’s net worth has grown exponentially over the past few years.

Pedro reportedly earned an eye-watering $600,000 (£487,500) per episode of The Last of Us, bringing his total earnings for the series up to $5.4million (£4.4million).

Although his earnings for The Mandalorian aren’t known exactly, it has been estimated that he receives somewhere between $400,000 to $500,000 per episode.

Compared to his co-star Gina Carano, he’s raking in the cash – as Gina confessed after she left the show that she only earned between $25,000 and $50,000 per episode, confirming that the other stars brought home a lot more.

The actor previously joked that he “rolls around” in the cash that he earns – and at this rate it’s not surprising.

According to Celebrity Net Worth, Pedro’s assets are judged to be around $10million (£8.1million), but it’s entirely possible he’s jumped up a step since landing some big name projects.

In an interview with Wired, Pedro admitted of his early career: “I was consistently working, and it was a total struggle in such a typical way, but there was always somebody that would be able to bail me out—to help me pay my rent or help me get groceries.”

When he was asked if he enjoys rolling around in money – a la Demi Moore in Indecent Proposal – Pedro giggled: “I don’t have the bod for that. She’s basically the only one who could pull it off.

“Yeah, I get my cash. I spread it all over my bed and I roll around in it.”

It hasn’t always been easy for the star. When he was young, his world was rocked when his dad got involved in a fertility scandal which saw him face mail fraud and income tax evasion charges.

His dad fled their native country of Chile after being forced into hiding to evade capture by the dictator Pinochet.

Pedro was left battling further tragedy when his mum – the “love of his life” – took her own life.

But he overcame every obstacle and went on to become ‘Hollywood’s daddy’, and a household name.
