Repair Shop star Jay Blades has revealed he has 27 siblings from his estranged father and believes there could be more.
Jay, 53, said he has only spoken to his dad Trevor four times in his life but is constantly finding out about his mounting family tree.
The star revealed that Trevor believes he is the reason behind his success during a delusional phone conversation.

Jay says he often finds out about new siblings through his existing brother and sisters.
He initially found out through his half-sister that Trevor had fathered 25 children – 11 of whom he has now met.

But the number has continued to grow.
Jay told The Big Fish podcast: “The man who contributed towards my birth got my mum pregnant when she was about 16, 17, promised her that he’s going to get a flat and they’re going to live happily ever after, took the money and left her high and dry. We ended up in a women’s refuge.
“From there we went to live with her uncle and then we got a council house. So the man who contributed towards my birth came back into my life when I was about five I think.

“I remember him and my mum arguing because he wanted to take me somewhere, and then he came back into my life when I was 20, 21.”
Jay said his father often lies about his siblings and believes he could come across more in the future.
“There’s some in Jamaica and some in America as well,” he said. “I think he used to be a rabbit. I did challenge him after, and I’ve met 11 of them.”
Speaking about how Trevor tried to take responsibility for his success, Jay said: “The last time he called me up and first of all he started talking to me about, ‘Oh, I’ve got a picture frame that I need repairing’.
“He said, ‘I just want to tell you that everything you’re doing is because of me – I’m responsible for that.'”
Speaking about his total amount of siblings, Jay continued: “I’ve got 27 now.
“I’ve got a sister who is older than me, Samantha, really nice lady, and a sister who is either a month or two months younger than me.
“His kind of motto was basically to go forth and multiply – to have children all over the place.”
