British comedian Russell Howard left Robert Irwin speechless during his visit to Australia Zoo with a racy sex joke.
In a Facebook video, 19-year-old Robert was discussing the biggest threat to koalas in Australia, which is chlamydia.
Seizing the opportunity for humor, 43-year-old Russell quipped: “Luckily I’m wearing a condom, don’t worry about it.

“I bagged up before the shot. Do you know what I mean?” Robert, caught off guard, responded: “I wasn’t ready for that. That’s good…moving on. I’m flustered now.”
This incident occurred just weeks after Robert announced his partnership with the recycling initiative Containers for Change. He appeared in a commercial alongside a macaw named Quito from Australia Zoo, endorsing the scheme.
Clad in his signature khaki uniform, Robert highlighted the environmental benefits of recycling, stating: “This is Quito, and he knows this 10 cent container was destined for something greater than the rubbish bin.
“He is one of our very best recyclers and is doing his bit to make sure our beautiful wildlife and places are pristine for years to come.”
Additionally, Robert promoted the numerous Containers for Change outlets in Queensland, emphasizing their accessibility.
Expressing his pride in the campaign, he wrote on Instagram: “‘Quito and I are proud to be joining forces with Containers for Change to make recycling more accessible and rewarding than ever, all in the name of creating a greener world for the future!'”
Robert touched the hearts of his fans recently by sharing a gallery of beautiful family photos to social media.
The wildlife warrior looked every inch the doting uncle in the gorgeous Instagram snaps, which captured him spending the day at the beach with his niece, Grace Warrior, two.
Robert is seen watching and guiding the toddler as she walks on some rocks.
Another shows Robert laughing with her and yet another captures the pair staring at the beautiful horizon.
‘My favourite moments,’ Robert wrote next to the gallery.
It didn’t take long for many of his fans to compliment Robert for being so committed to his family.
‘You can tell he’s going to be a wonderful father,’ one fan gushed and another wrote: ‘Both of you are super cute’.
Grace, who was born in March 2021, is the daughter of Robert’s older sister Bindi and her husband Chandler Powell.
