Good Morning Britain’s Susanna Reid had a rather savage response to Nigel Farage after he hinted he could become a future Prime Minister.
The ITV show returned for another instalment on Thursday (November 23) with hosts Susanna and Ben Shephard back at the helm. And one of the hot topics on the show was all the gossip from I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!
During Wednesday’s episode (November 22) of the reality show, former politician Nigel was quizzed on whether he would want to take up residency in No10 and become Prime Minister. He responded and said: “I don’t know.

“We’ll see. Depends on how much of a mess the country gets into. I honestly don’t know. I mean it’s not an easy job.”
And on GMB on Thursday (November 23), Susanna wasted no time in sharing her thoughts on Nigel’s potential PM stint. Entertainment editor Richard Arnold was live from Australia to give the hosts, and viewers, the run-down of all the latest jungle drama.
Live from Oz, he said: “Farage going from jungle king to PM.” The show then played the clip from I’m A Celeb of Nigel in the Bush Telegraph.

He then revealed: “There’s a lot of chatter about it, whether it’s going to happen I have no idea. The important thing though to say is ‘never say never’.”
Back in the GMB studio, and in response to the video, Susanna exclaimed: “Of course he wants to be prime minister.” Her quip didn’t go amiss from her co-stars, who burst into laughter after hearing it.
Elsewhere in I’m On A Celeb, Nigel came to blows with campmate Nella Rose. In the tense showdown, the 26-year-old accused the politician of being “anti-immigrant” before claiming that “black people don’t like him”. The dramatic exchange kicked off by the bath, with Nella insisting: “Let’s get everything out in the open. All the tea is coming out now… apparently you’re anti-immigrants?”
The former UKIP boss said: “You can disagree with somebody, but to chuck around accusations the way they’ve been chucked around is grossly unfair. Anti-immigrant, right? No, no, all I’ve said is we cannot go on with the numbers coming to Britain that are coming.”
