The Apprentice winner Joseph Valente is planning to replace Lord Sugar on TV with his own show.
The 2015 series winner is hoping to do his own business show very soon and has three concepts ready to pitch.
Joseph, now 33, told us exclusively: “The way I see it is The Apprentice is starting to die down and it’s not as popular as it once was.

“Although it is an amazing show and it’s legendary, it’s time for a new concept.
“There are only two business TV shows Dragon’s Sen and The Apprentice.
“Now Dragon’s Den had a burst of new life because of Steven Bartlett – he’s brought the show to the younger generation.
“It was an old BBC 2 show on a Sunday night and now he’s on it its young and fresh.
“I want to make business TV exciting again.”
But how would his former mentor feel about this?
Joseph continued: “I think it’s inevitable there is always a young lion coming to take the older lion’s place that’s just the law of the jungle.
“I’m a young hungry lion that’s had a taste of success on TV and who wants to become a billionaire and by the time I’m 40, that’s what I’m working towards. So, Lord Sugar should take that as a compliment.”
Joseph was 25 when he won the series and became the youngest-ever winner of the show.
The businessman has also predicted that a man will win this year “by the law of averages” and has “put his money” on Kevin D’Arcy, an accountant from Dublin, to take the crown.
Joseph said: “I think he looks quite real and Lord Sugar does not like fake and from my experience I won the show not only because I’m a bad a** but also because I don’t bulls*** and I’m straight down the line and come from a similar background to Lord Sugar.”
In 2020, Joseph founded Trade Mastermind, a dedicated construction coach and sole traders mentorship and training programme helping to take trades business to six and seven figures enterprises.
Through The Trade Mastermind & Coaching Academy, Joseph wanted to help one-man bands, sole traders, and SMEs in the construction and trades industries to establish a strong footing in the industry and learn how to grow their business and get off the tools.
Trade Mastermind has over 2000 clients in the construction sector, with a total combined revenue of £600,000,000 and an average revenue increase of 300% since joining their training and mentoring programmes.
