Whoopi Goldberg has been accused of insincerity on The View morning show as she interviewed guests on the hit programme.
Fans on Twitter rounded on Whoopi for pretending to remember a special moment she had with the guests she was speaking to on Tuesday’s (April 5) edition.
Actor and Hamilton star Leslie Odom Jr and his wife Nicolette Robinson joined ABC personalities Whoopi, Sara Haines and Sunny Hostin, to discuss the pair’s new children’s book, called ‘I Love You More Than You’ll Ever Know’.

The couple sat down at the table as Whoopi asked: “There’s two of them now?” referencing the two kids that the guests share.

Both Leslie and Nicolette confirmed they had two babies, but that their daughter Lucille was now five, and son Able Phineas is aged two.
Veteran actress Whoopi looked at the Hollywood stars and said “last time” before she broke out into laughter, unable to finish her train of thought.
Twitter fans rounded on the veteran Sister Act actress, with one writing: “Whoopi looks bored. Contract up soon?” as another said: “Half the time Whoopi looks like she doesn’t want to be there.”
Leslie said that she definitely remembered the last time they all saw each other, as Whoopi looked somewhat confused though she tried to play it off by laughing and smiling as if she recalled it.
Leslie then revealed that he and his wife were actually discussing when they last saw Whoopi before their appearance on the talk show, asking Nicolette if they should disclose it.

Nicolette agreed they should, explaining that they “were in an elevator together” because she was attending Leslie’s show at the Rainbow Room in Manhattan.
She added that Whoopi had planned to send her some of her CBD products, but didn’t know that Nicolette was pregnant.
Nicolette divulged that Whoopi was one of the first people to find out she was bearing a child, but had to tell her that she couldn’t try out the products because she was pregnant.
Whoopi said with a big grin: “That’s right,” appearing to have her memory jogged, as supporters of the show didn’t get that she suddenly recalled the interaction.
One fan tweeted: “Lol Whoopi don’t remember,” as another commented: “Whoopi with the fake grin… was looking like she really didn’t remember…”.
