X Factor star Honey G revealed she is “a bit more sexy” since she underwent a major transformation.
The 2016 star has fallen in love with fitness since leaving the show seven years ago and looks worlds apart from her TV look.
Honey G, 41, whose real name is Anna Gilford, talked about her transformation exclusively to the Daily Star during an Instagram Live.

When asked if it was two stone that she has lost, she responded: “Yeah something like that, it did drop off quite a lot, and I hadn’t realised it was that much I’d lost.
“But it’s really exciting my fitness journey and I enjoy working out so much, running and working out is really my happy place.”
Honey shot to fame on the ITV show with her iconic style which coined her as one of the biggest stars of her series, as she stepped out with sunglasses, a cap and a bomber jacket each week as part of her signature look.
However, more recently, the star had been seen at VIP events showing off a more glamorous side, which she says she’s been more willing to do since her weight loss.
She said: “After my weight, I’ve been more inspired to dress in clothes that make me feel more attractive, a bit more sexy, a bit more tight-fitting.
“But listen, I can wear whatever I want. If I want to wear a dress, I can, if I want to wear a bomber jacket, I can.
“I’m not really bothered about what put on it’s more about how I feel on that day, but I do have a lot more confidence now in dressing in something more tightly-fitted.
“Though today is a tracksuit day, I’m going to put my Adidas tracksuit on and literally be really comfortable, it’s all about switching it up.”
Honey G is currently training for the London Marathon this year and urges fans to donate to her fundraiser if they can.
She told us: “I am running the London Marathon with the Mental Health Foundation and I really wanted to create more awareness around the topic and move away from it being a taboo subject.
“People want to shy away from it because they think it shows weakness but I see it as the complete opposite. I think it shows strength and courage and bravery to talk about it.
“I’ve recently been exploring mindfulness to help with stress, anxiety and depression and it is an extremely effective tool.
“If there are ever moments where I’m struggling to cope then it really helps me to manage.”
