One 90 Day Fiancé star has defended her partner who has slept with over 2,500 women.
Shekinah Garner, who appeared on the show with Sarper Guven, has spoken to TMZ about her man’s body count and urged fans to stop slut-shaming him. In a video obtained by the outlet, Shekinah was asked “how she was able to get past” the large number of women he has slept with.
She said: “First of all, I think it’s terrible in this day and age to be like, essentially slut-shaming people which is what that it. When you’re judging someone based on their body count, you know? That’s so demeaning. It’s so wrong. He’s a grown man, he wasn’t doing anything wrong. Do I think that was, you know, a good choice? Showed a lot of integrity? No, but I love him and I trust him.”

“I think, you know, I think that is in his past,” Shekinah explained as she defended her 90 Day Fiancé co-star. She admitted that things are “definitely hard” when she is not in Turkey with him as she “comes back to L.A. a lot” to see her daughter.

“When I’m here I need constant reassurance, I do check in with him all the time: ‘What are you doing, where are you,’ I don’t want to feel that way but at the same time I do need that reassurance until we can build the trust. You can’t just trust somebody overnight, you have to earn that.”

On 90 Day Fiancé, Sarper admitted that he had slept with thousands of women and in one wild clip, Shekinah refused to sleep in his bed that had a headboard which had seen better days.

Once she stepped foot in his bedroom, Shekinah noticed that his white leather headboard was covered in wear and tear with fabric peeling off from all edges. She stated that “before I came here, I asked: ‘Please get a new bed’.”
Garner fumed that she “doesn’t want to sleep in a bed that other women have slept in” as Sarper defended his decision to keep the mattress. He tried to explain that he had been sleeping in it for “10 years” and that it is “so comfortable” and he “sleeps well”.
