Glastonbury’s 2025 headliners are absolutely huge if AI’s predictions are anything to go by.
This year’s Glastonbury has just come to an end and it saw over 200,000 people descend on Worthy Farm in Somerset. It’s likely that many will be travelling home today (July 1) with sore heads, muddy clothes and memories that will last a lifetime.
We saw some spectacular performances from headliners Dua Lipa, Coldplay and SZA on the Pyramid Stage. One emotional moment saw Coldplay frontman Chris Martin bring Back to the Future legend Michael J Fox on stage to play guitar with them during Fix You.

But speculation around next year’s line-up is already rife. Glasto boss Emily Eavis has revealed she’s “already in talks with some acts” for 2025, and it’ll likely be big as the festival is taking a break in 2026.

Daily Star quizzed Google’s artificial intelligence tool Gemini to find out who we might see gracing the iconic Pyramid Stage in 2025. It seems to think the most iconic girl group of all time could reunite, givenhints from bookmakers and the band members themselves.
Asked if the Spice Girls could do Glasto, it replied: “It is definitely a possibility! There’s a lot of buzz surrounding a Spice Girls reunion at Glastonbury 2025 for a few reasons.

“The girls, including Victoria Beckham, got together for a surprise performance at Victoria’s 50th birthday in April 2024, reigniting reunion rumors.
“Spice Girl Mel B has been dropping hints about the group working on something together, though details are scarce. Bookmakers have favorable odds on a Spice Girls Glastonbury appearance in 2 so it seems likely.
It added: “While they didn’t reunite for Glastonbury 2024, there was speculation about a surprise appearance, and Mel C expressed interest in playing the festival. So, with all this building anticipation, a Spice Girls Glastonbury 2025 headline set looks promising. Stay tuned for further announcements!”

Indeed, Mel C said on Monday (July 1) that there was “nothing” she’d like more than her girl group to do the Pyramid Stage at Glasto. She told the Chris Moyles Show on Radio X: “I think the absolute ultimate would be to do it with the Spice Girls”.
Asked which other acts could headline the event, it threw out two other pop titans, who also happen to be exes. The chat bot thinks former One Direction star Harry Styles Taylor Swift could be signed.

It said: “Based on rumors and betting odds, some of the artists mentioned include Taylor Swif. She was originally supposed to headline in 2020 and is a popular choice. Names like Harry Styles, Rihanna, Billy Joel, and Depeche Mode have also been floated around.”
