Jenna Coleman gives birth but we only know because of one thing

Doctor Who star Jenna Coleman has been spotted out and about with her newborn, confirming the arrival of her first child with partner Jamie Childs.

The 38-year-old BBC actress was seen pushing a pram during a walk in North London, while Jamie carried their baby in a chest carrier.

The Sun captured images of the new parents on their stroll, with Jenna looking effortlessly chic in jeans, a cardigan and sunglasses. Meanwhile, Jamie, dressed in all black, enjoyed a coffee as he cradled their little one.

Known for keeping her personal life under wraps, Jenna revealed her pregnancy news at an exhibition opening at Chatsworth House on June 19, where she was photographed with her baby bump.

Jenna and Jamie, a filmmaker, started dating in 2020 after collaborating on Netflix’s The Sandman. Prior to this, Jenna was in a relationship with Game of Thrones actor Richard Madden from 2011 to 2015.

Despite their split, the former couple remain friendly and were even spotted holidaying together in Spain earlier this year, reports OK!.

Jenna was once whispered to be getting cosy with Prince Harry back in 2015, but she swiftly set the record straight by stating he’s just “a friend”.

On screen earlier this year, Jenna dove into the role of Ember Manning in BBC Ones gripping drama The Jetty.

Dishing the dirt on her character, Jenna revealed: “The scenes I love the most are Ember with her daughter,” Jenna says. “I actually have a friend who had a daughter when she was 18 and their dynamic was really interesting. It is that line between, ‘We’re friends but sometimes I have to pull the mum card.’

“The dynamic also becomes a lot more about Hannah taking care of Ember as well. It felt very natural.”
