Lauryn Goodman’s sister has apologised after uploading a post shading Lauryn’s former partner Kyle Walker.
Chloe Goodman had previously shared a post to her social media platforms that appeared to take aim at Kyle, during his high-profile custody battle with sister Lauryn. However, she was met with backlash following the post and has now said she was sorry for uploading it.
Chloe took to her Instagram stories to apologise for the first post that she had shared. The first update she had uploaded was released during Lauryn’s court proceedings with Kyle about the custody of the pair’s children.

At first, the former Celebrity Big Brother star shared a quote to her page which read: “Anything you do while we on bad terms is what you wanted to do when we was good.” However, this sparked rumours that the initial post was about the court hearing that had been affecting her sister, as Lauryn and Chloe have had a strained relationship.
But Chloe was quick to show that she had no malicious intent for her sister or footballing star Kyle, shutting down fan speculation and offering an apology to those who misconstrued the message. “My last post was extremely poor timing, it is not in relation to Lauryn and Kyle being in court this week,” she said.
Reality icon Lauryn had a brief fling with Manchester City player Kyle, though this stirred up controversy, as Kyle was separated from his then-wife Annie Kilner. Kyle, 34, has two children with Lauryn, alongside four others from his marriage to Annie.
However, the battle for custody of Lauryn and Kyle’s children continues, as both arrived at the Royal Courts of Justice in London on Tuesday (July 16). The judge heard cases from both sides on who should get custody of the pair’s two children – Kairo, four, and a daughter, aged 10 months.
Despite the fling during their separation, Kyle was able to rekindle his relationship with Annie – and made a point of his successful marriage as he stepped out of his black Mercedes Benz with his wedding ring on full display. His court appearance came hours after he failed to bring football home, following England’s defeat in the final of Euro 2024.
Lauryn’s relationship with sister Chloe is also strained, as was evidenced when the reality star was not present at Chloe’s wedding to partner Grant Hall in Portugal in June. Chloe admitted after getting hitched that the pair decided to uninvite Lauryn after she went public with Kyle’s children months prior to their big day.
It was revealed in January that Kyle had fathered another two babies with Lauryn, and it was claimed that Chloe did not want the headlines to overshadow her big moment. Speaking to the Daily Mail at the time, she explained: “The least Lauryn could have done is kept it quiet that Kyle was the dad of her second-born until after the wedding.”
