After weeks of sharing their compelling theories online, The Masked Singer fans are finally going to unmask the remaining celebrities.
But hours before the highly anticipated ITV final, many viewers believe one TV presenter has “given themselves away” as Bigfoot on the fun-filled detective programme. With his enormous furry costume and cheeky face, the orange yeti has become a firm fan-favourite on the series.
Currently the most popular theory behind the disguised celebrity is that Bigfoot’s real identity is TV presenter Alex Brooker. The loveable character has always taken to the stage wearing a cast on their foot, which many believe is in reference to his hosting gig on The Last Leg.

The presenter also famously wears a prosthetic leg and also signed up to play rugby for the Leeds Rhinos Foundation PDRL team. This could be the meaning behind the hint about rhinos.

Now, fans think the 39-year-old has accidentally hinted that he is Bigfoot during Friday night’s episode of the Channel 4 talk show. Addressing speculation on the show, he told viewers: “It can’t be [me].
“I wouldn’t go on the telly dressed as something ridiculous. I know you’ve been talking about this I just have to say this straight off.
“Look at me now, I am sweating. I am sweating in here tonight.” His co-host and comedian pal Josh Widdicombe, quipped: “Because you’re lying.”

To which Alex replied: “Do you really think that I would be able to go in a costume, a massive hairy costume? They’d open it up, there’d be nothing left. It’d be like the end of the Snowman.”
The programme then shared a clip of Bigfoot from The Masked Singer as Alex added: “All I’m saying, how can you watch that and think it’s me? It’s clearly one of the Backstreet Boys.”
Josh argued: “I like Bigfoot because it references you. Flamingo that was the other option. First week Brooker was on as Bigfoot, and we’re all clear it is Brooker that’s Bigfoot, even though he’s lying to us.”

The comic previously confessed that it is definitely Alex hidden behind the mask on his podcast Parenting Hell. And it’s fair to say plenty of viewers agreed with Josh as they flooded to X – formerly known as Twitter – to share their suspicions.
One user penned: “Alex Brooker just gave the game away that he’s #Bigfoot on #MaskedSingerUK while on #TheLastLeg.” Another agreed: “Alex is being very quiet on @TheLastLeg and has a poker face so he must be Bigfoot on @MaskedSingerUK. Keep an eye on his face every time Bigfoot or The Masked Singer is mentioned.”
A third echoed: “They’re trying to tease it out of Alex Brooker about #MaskedSingerUK aren’t they?” Other guesses have previously guessed for the furry friend included former Friends icon Matt LeBlanc, Hamza Yassin, Scott Mills, Bill Oddie and even Bear Grylls.

Tonight, the three remaining acts go head-to-head in the ITV grand finale. Joining Bigfoot are Cricket and Piranha. The finale will be hosted by comedian Joel Dommett, with judges Jonathan Ross, Mo Gilligan, Rita Oran and Davina McCall on the detective panel.
The Masked Singer final will take place on Saturday (February 17) at 7.20pm on ITV1 or catch up on ITVX.
