“His acting is so bad with all the bad words he uses now! I couldn’t even watch another new Eddie Murphy movie around kids…sad,” admitted one disappointed Facebook user. Someone else defended the Hollywood star and wrote: “It’s not the best movie he’s ever made but I did enjoy it.”
Another person said the film was “so slow,” had “no charm” and was “pretty boring,” as one comment below read: “[Thought it] was average…not as good as older ones. Plus w[h]ere did his iconic laugh go? Was disappointed in that!”
“Been out a few weeks now I think, was worth a watch for the nostalgia,” quipped another person – however, some people were impressed with the Netflix film and wrote: “Very good,” and: “I loved it,” and: “Great.”
