Composer Andrew Lloyd Webber, who is collaborating with Nicole on the Broadway musical Sunset Blvd. , revealed that she had been messaging Liam on the day of his passing in Argentina.

“I suppose something that hasn’t been said, and I suppose I could say, is that of course she mentored Liam, from One Direction. On the Wednesday when he died, she was still texting him that day,” he stated in an interview with Billboard. Andrew revealed that Nicole was hit with the tragic news of Liam’s passing right before her New York performance, yet she managed to deliver a stunning show amidst the sorrow.
