Noel Fielding’s impressive net worth unveiled as he dazzles on Great British Bake Off

Noel Fielding, a familiar face on our telly for years, is now most recognised as the presenter of Channel 4’s Great British Bake Off.

The 51-year-old comedian and actor started hosting the popular baking programme in 2017, initially alongside Sandi Toksvig. He later presented GBBO with Matt Lucas, before Alison Hammond stepped in as co-host last year.

Beyond Bake Off, Noel is celebrated for the hit TV series The Mighty Boosh, which he co-wrote and starred in with fellow comedian Julian Barratt. The show aired from 2004 to 2007 and was a massive hit with audiences.

Noel also featured in TV series The IT Crowd as Richmond and led his own show, Noel Fielding’s Luxury Comedy from 2012 to 2014. His filmography includes Plunkett and Macleane, Bunny and the Bull, Come on Eileen, Horrid Henry: The Movie, Aaaaaaaah!, Set the Thames on Fire, and Brakes, reports Wales Online.

In the BBC Two series Never Mind the Buzzcocks, Noel served as a team captain from 2009 to 2015. His successful TV career has earned him several award nominations over the years, including a British Comedy Award.

He’s also an artist and has appeared in numerous music videos throughout his career.

Noel’s impressive career has amassed him a substantial net worth. The comedian is estimated to be worth a staggering $6million (£4.5m), according to Celebrity Net Worth.

Bake Off’s Noel Fielding is raking in the dough with a sweet £200k salary for his co-hosting gig on the hit show, says The Sun. Together with This Morning’s star Alison Hammond, 49, they’re whipping up a storm as the show’s unexpected power pair.

Noel has dropped hints about the upcoming batter battle in the new Bake Off tent, starting Tuesday, 24 September. Spilling the beans to The Guardian, he revealed: “There are some very special bakers in the tent this year. Somehow the standard keeps getting higher.”

Fielding didn’t hold back on the praise, adding: “These unbelievable young bakers are way better than they should be for their age. It’s a vintage year. One of the best yet. I’m fascinated by the people. I feel protective of them. If Paul and Prue are hard on them, I’m absolutely livid. It’s devastating when they leave. This year I was particularly fond of one baker. When I had to send them home, I cried.”
