Chrissie, 43, exclusively said: “She just needs to lighten up and she needs to relax. At 19, her daughter is quite grown up and at 19, I was already flying to LA to go and do Playboy.

“I don’t think my parents liked it at first, but then when I was doing well they started boasting about it. At first, I think it is just a shock but she shouldn’t be hating on her because if anything, she would need support through this.

“If that was my daughter, she would need me to be on her side and have her back so she feels safer. Imagine having the only woman you look up to and love disowning you and hating you for it.

“I think it’s disgusting of her mum to do that because as a mum, I’d never do that to my kids. But at 19, you’re very dramatic, so she’s probably over-exaggerated it all.

“They probably just had a heated argument, no one’s in their four walls, they don’t know. I’m sure her mum’s just looking out for her and then she just wanted to do what she wants to do. But that’s how it goes from teenage to womanhood.”

The TV star continued: “But she’s basically just pushing her own viewers onto her daughter. I understand that as a mum, but the whole point is that she is going to have to let her do what she wants, even if she learns it the hard way. What she needs is someone to support her, and rather her mum than some random stranger she meets.”
