Coleen Rooney has finally moved on from the Wagatha Christie saga.

The mum-of-four went through hell during her legal battle with Rebekah Vardy over Instagram posts. But her stint on I’m A Celebrity has helped her put it all to bed.

It’s a big relief for her to feel like she can start a new chapter. Coleen, 38, told the Daily Star Sunday: “Last year I did a book, a documentary and I’m A Celebrity.

“It was me saying, ‘I’ve told everyone about it all now’. And I put a line under it all. I’m starting afresh now. I want to put everything behind me.”

I’m A Celebrity was also a chance for Coleen to show us all the “real” her.

And it worked a treat because viewers loved her, voting her runner-up behind champ Danny Jones.

Coleen said: “People had seen snippets of things and thought they knew me.

“But with I’m A Celebrity, you’re on camera 24/7, so people really got to know me properly.

“I’ve had people I went to school with getting in touch and saying, ‘You’re still the same person we knew when we were growing up’.

“That’s been really nice – it shows that I haven’t changed.

“I’m proof that you don’t need to change when you are in the public eye.”

Coleen now has more fans than ever.

Whenever she’s out in public, she gets recognised and asked for selfies.

And it’s not just other mums who follow her life these days. She said: “My fanbase has always been female and people similar aged to me.

“But after coming out of I’m A Celebrity, I’ve had so many different types of people coming up to me.

“I get men, older ladies, young boys.

“I took the kids out the other day and a group of lads came up to me. Things are different now.”

Coleen is now in talks to do a string of major projects.

The Liverpool-born beauty has found herself well and truly in demand. And she told us: “I’m up for trying new things in the pipeline. You’ll be seeing more of me.”

First up in 2025, she is doing a business venture in conjunction with the wellness brand Applied Nutrition.

But the busy mum insists she’s not just doing it to make cash.

She said: “When you’ve got a platform, you get people asking you to promote things.

“A lot of times, I leave it. I don’t want to accept things all the time.

“I’m working with Applied Nutrition because I used their products before I started working with them.

“So when I became an ambassador for them, I already knew about the company.”
