Sunday night’s episode of Love Island saw the dumped islanders return to the villa to give their vote on which couple should be eliminated from the competition ahead of Monday’s final
Chaos erupted in Love Island as Olivia Hawkins stormed the villa – unleashing mayhem during the semi-final over ‘leaked’ texts.
Booted islanders strutted back to cast their votes for who gets the boot ahead of Monday night’s dazzling final, but Liv didn’t just drop a vote – she dropped a bombshell.
In a drama-laden Sunday episode, the axed beauty was first to have her say, with couples Elma Pazar and Sammy Root, Harriett Blackmore and Ronnie Vint, plus Catherine Agbaje and Omar Nyame sweating on the chopping block.
But Liv had more than just a vote up her sleeve; she delivered a stark warning to chum Luca Bish by claiming that she’s clocked texts where Grace Jackson was allegedly plotting a ‘fake’ love story for the win.
“So I’ve seen text messages of Grace just saying to someone that she’ll do whatever it takes to win the show this time from someone back home,” spilled Liv, causing chaos to unfold.
However, Harriett Blackmore leapt into the fray, backing Grace and accusing Liv of fabrications. Harriet said: “She probably made it up babe, like she did with Ronnie.”
Things really started to heat up after Grace bit back, and jibed: “Baby, that is absolutely not true. I do not care about winning this show.”
The fight escalated when Liv clammed up about her source, she retaliated: “I’ve seen the screenshots. I’m not saying who.”, reports the Mirror.
Verbally jabbing back at Liv, Harriet blasted: “Babe, you’ve made it up like you’ve made up that Ronnie was into you. F***ing go home, honestly. Is she alright?”
Samie Elishi, who was also vying for Luca’s attention in the villa, jumped into the mix, and said: “We have seen the screenshots.”
Grace vehemently denied authoring any such text, where she asserted:”On my life, I have never written that sentence in my life. It’s b******t, and someone’s forged that, that’s not true. I am gobsmacked.
Harriett continually had Grace’s back and added: “Liv’s probably texted herself and used it as an answer. Babe, we all know you wouldn’t do that.”
The juicy drama continued as Liv decided to cast her vote against Harriett and Ronnie, causing them to face the boot from the villa.
Harriett fired back with sarcasm, “Lol obviously,” insinuating that Liv’s supposed ‘manipulations’ had failed.
She added: “The girl literally photoshopped her head on top of mine and sent it to Ronnie and he still didn’t want you outside and didn’t want you in the villa so you voted for us.”
“Everyone on the outside knows, it’s embarrassing.”
In a turn of events, when Liv mentioned that Ronnie viewed their relationship as merely a PR move, Harriett retorted: £Look at you now. As if you’ve flown 13 hours to do that. Cringe.”
Alas, Harriett and Ronnie weren’t able to garner enough support and were edged out just before the final, leading to their dramatic exit from the show.
