Disney babe Maitland Ward turns to sexy webcam shows to raise money for Covid-19

Porn star Maitland Ward has signed up to be a webcam girl to raise money for adult entertainers who have been put out of work following the coronavirus pandemic.

The ex- Disney actress, who played Rachel McGuire in 90s sitcom Boy Meets World, is putting on a weekly performance for her fans over on the webcam site CamSoda.

Maitland, 42, will be treating her fans to a live-one hour show every Thursday evening at 7pm.

The adult entertainer has set herself the goal of raising at least $1,000 a week – $4,000 a month – to be donated to charitable organisations such as the Free Speech Coalition’s emergency performer’s fund.

Her stream on April 2 earned her over 21,000 tokens, which in terms of money, raised $1,014.

Speaking on her decision to do it, Maitland said: “This community has been so open and welcoming to me, and I just want to give back in any way I can by supporting performers from all over, and donating as much money as possible to organisations that support this industry.”

Maitland, who also starred in Bold and Beautiful, continued by saying she has subscribed to over 150 people’s OnlyFans accounts to support them.

She said: “I went online and asked all performers who wanted their OnlyFans pages advertised that I would purchase and retweet their handles.

Maitland’s incredible rise came after hitting out at being pigeonholed into family-orientated roles by uploading racy cosplay snaps on social media.

Unsurprisingly, her posts earned Maitland a substantial following that only grew when she started sharing nude pics and adult content for Patreon subscribers.

The content turned the head of Deeper.com CEO Kayden Kross who raced at the chance to work with Maitland after one of his stars dropped out of Drive.

Speaking about her start in the porn business, Maitland told The Sun: “Adult films gave me that power.

“I said, ‘screw it. I’m going to keep doing my thing’. And now, I’m one of the top names on OnlyFans. I have a contract. It’s amazing.

“I find it so empowering that at my age I can be this sexual being, and they don’t call me a MILF…I’m just a sexually empowered woman. I don’t want to label myself as anything.”

Maitland goes live every Thursday night at 7pm PDT exclusively at CamSoda.com/MaitlandWard.
