Amanda Holden wows in debut music video featuring surprise guest cameos

Britain’s Got Talent judge Amanda Holden has release the official music video for her debut single.

The TV regular, who currently co-hosts the Heart Radio Breakfast Show alongside Jamie Theakston, has teamed up with Marks and Spencer on charity single Somewhere Over The Rainbow.

The emotional track hopes to raise as much money as possible for the NHS to help them tackle the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.

During the clip, Amanda, 49, can be seen looked glamorous as ever as she records the iconic track from The Wizard of Oz.

Shot in sultry black and white, the stripped back clip is a long way from the pyrotechnics and shocks and stunts she is used to on BGT.

However, the music video does have a few surprises up its sleeve.

During the video cameos are made by NHS fundraiser Captain Tom Moore and Alesha’s Dixon’s daughter Azura.

Captain Tom has managed to raise a staggering £30million to help NHS Charities fight against coronavirus.

Amanda’s daughters Hollie & Lexi also appeared in the short.

A large portion of the money the single raises will be used to look after the mental heath of NHS workers.

Appearing on Good Morning Britain earlier this week, Amanda explained how the will go direct to those in the NHS who need time out from the demanding job.

Amanda said: “We are looking after the mental health of a lot of our workers.

“The money will go to help make ‘Wobble rooms’.

“Basically it is where NHS can go in and have a wobble and go out and face whatever they have to face.”
