Coronation Street fans are in luck – next week’s spoilers promise three nights of unmissable drama in Weatherfield.
To start with, Peter Barlow (Chris Gascoyne) leaves his family in anguish when he refuses to accept their help – only for the doctor to make a terrifying warning.
His son Simon Barlow (Alex Bain) is facing just as tough a time, as he tries to deal with his mum’s grief single-handedly.
Elsewhere, Asha Alahan’s (Tanisha Corey) toxic relationship with Corey Brent (Maximus Evans) is a cause of concern for her loved ones, when he successfully spoils her birthday.
And, Faye Windass (Ellie Leach) fears she might be pregnant with Ray Crosby’s (Mark Frost) baby in a chilling twist, as dad Tim Metcalfe (Joe Duttine) catches on to the truth.
Below are the best Corrie spoilers of the week – don’t miss an episode.
Peter is on the brink

Proving family comes before everything, Daniel Osbourne (Rob Mallard) offers Peter his liver for a transplant – but he refuses.
Peter later tells Adam Barlow (Sam Robertson) he feels he isn’t deserving of the transplant, only for the lawyer to break the news to Ken Barlow (Bill Roache).
When Ken pleads with Peter, he is furious Adam confided in his dad, and heads to the Rover’s Return.
Carla Connor (Alison King) tries desperately to help him, but when Jenny Connor (Sally Ann Matthews) sees Peter knocking back booze in the pub, she decides it is best for him to move out.
Ken says Peter can live with him – but only if he kicks booze for good.
Peter refuses, and heads out, only to be discovered unconscious hours later in the ginnel.
The doctor visits a sick Peter in Ken’s house and explains he’s suffering from hypothermia, ordering him to rest.
Much to Ken’s horror, Peter heads out, refusing to listen to the doctor – and leaving his life at risk.
Can Peter’s loved ones help to bring him back from the brink?
Simon struggles as a carer
Simon tries to make amends with Kelly Neelan but is forced to cancel their plans yet again, committed to looking after his mum.
Back in the flat, Simon tries desperately to encourage Leanne Battersby (Jane Danson) to eat, but she simply bursts into tears.
When Nick Tilsley (Ben Price) appears in the flat, he is shocked to find Leanne is home, as she lies about recently returning from France.
Simon helps to hide the truth from Nick but later pleads with his mum to see that he is also grieving Oliver.
When Leanne snaps that Oliver wasn’t Nick’s real son, Simon flinches, creating tension between the pair.
Leanne begs Simon to give her one sleeping tablet and he relents, though hides the packet from sight.
Thankfully, things start to look up when Leanne appears up and dressed one morning – hinting things could improve.
Is Leanne about to turn a corner with her grief?
Heartbreak for Asha
About to turn 16, Asha asks Corey would he like to celebrate with her, but he brings the conversation back to sex.
Nina Lucas (Mollie Gallagher) gifts her a choker for her birthday, but when Corey sees it, he insults it, comparing it to a dog collar.
Yasmeen Nazir (Shelley King) overhears, and gently suggests Asha deserves to be treated better.
Nina also urges Asha to dump Corey, pointing out she deserves more than someone as nasty as Corey can offer her.
When they meet up again, an emboldened Asha refuses to take off her new choker, only for Corey to break up with her.
Asha is upset by the split, and lets her family know it’s over between them.
Can Asha finally leave that unhealthy relationship in the past?
Faye’s baby shock
(Image: ITV)
When Tim learns his rucksack was in Gary Windass’s (Mikey North) possession, and held the assault weapon, he starts to panic.
Opening up to Sally Webster (Sally Dynevor), he confesses Faye has been acting strangely recently and wonders whether she was involved.
He goes to Faye for answers but she brushes it off, and instead heads to Maria Connor’s (Samia Ghadie) flat.
There, Faye confesses she fears she is pregnant with Ray’s baby, leaving Maria in shock.
Tim discovers the pregnancy test and demands answers, only for Faye to crumble before his eyes.
Furious, Tim goes to hunt down Ray, and later heads to prison to confront Gary with the truth.
Gary pleads with him to keep everything secret for Faye’s sake – but will Tim agree?
Coronation Street airs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7.30pm and 8pm on ITV.
