James Lock has revealed he and reality TV ex Megan Barton Hanson are “going with the flow” and still speak to each other as he dished on their relationship.
The TOWIE hunk, 35, is appearing in MTV’s Ex On The Beach this year – where he came face to face with his former beau Megan in front of the cameras.
The pair enjoyed a whirlwind two-month romance last year before they split up – reportedly just a week after their couple’s retreat to New York.
Speaking exclusively to Daily Star, James dished on his dating life, his time on Ex On The Beach, and how his relationship is with Megan after the split.

He even teased details about his new Hollywood role in a gangster film, and it sounds like he’s working with some superstar actors.
Opening up about his time on the MTV show, James – known as “Lockie” – described the experience like a therapy session.
He said: “I enjoyed it. It was a bit of a surreal environment, you know? It’s not something I’ve ever done before, but I really enjoyed it. It was like therapy, I disconnected from the outside world. It was a bit weird coming back into the real world.”
The reality star hinted he had some nerves going into the show, which puts two former lovers in front of each other to discuss their history.

James continued: “I went in there and I was little bit tingly. It takes me a while to adapt, but as soon as I got into the flow… I was lucky with the people I had in there.”
He then spoke about reuniting with Megan on the show, and how it brought them closer together again.
He said: “We really formed a strong friendship in there.”, adding that they’ve got a “very good connection” and are “still very good friends now”.
James said the press thought they were in an official relationship when they weren’t, insisting they “didn’t label it”.
“Still right now, we’re just going with the flow. It’s all good.”

Later on, James offered some hints about his upcoming movie role – and the Essex star said it’s his first “major” film role after acting in small independent films.
He said: “I’m doing a film called The London Game, I can’t say too much but it’s got big stars in it. It’s gonna be like another Snatch. It’s a big film. I’ve got a great part in it and we’re going to start filming very soon.”
He added: “It’s something I’ve always wanted to do. It’s a dream of mine. Everyone wants to be in a movie, don’t they?”
