Love Island star Kem Cetinay opened up about getting “awkward semis” on the Love Island: Morning After podcast.
The host starred in series three of the show and now presents the official Love Island podcast, usually alongside Arielle Free.
On Saturday’s podcast (June 18), Kem chatted to Sian Welby and Lewys Ball about the night before’s programme.
During Friday’s challenge, the girls all dressed up in mermaid-style bikinis and had to put on a show for the boys.
However, unfortunately for Dami, he was caught out with the lads pointing out that he had a “semi” after his partner Amber’s sexy dance.
Talking about the mishap, Kem said: “To be fair, even though it was funny, we saw a couple of the boys getting a little bit excited. There was a song about a semi that I heard, I’ll be honest, about Dami.”
To which Captial FM radio presenter Sian replied: “Dami’s got a semi, that’s it! He then said I hope it’s not trending, has anyone checked Twitter?”
Influencer Lewys then added: “When things like that happen I can’t even watch a sex scene in the room with my parents, like when a sex scene comes on in a film I’m like ‘I need the toilet, I need to go’.
“If my god damn parents were sat at home watching someone be like ‘he has a semi’ I would literally never be able to show my face in my own home I would need to move country and change my identity.”
Ken then interjected: “It’s awkward enough when you get it and there are a few people in the room but when there’s the whole world watching it.
“It’s a little more awkward, but you’ve got to brave it haven’t you? You’ve got to laugh and keep it moving.”
The boys awarded Tasha Ghouri the winner of the challenge as she showed off her best moves and according to the boys did the best job as the “sexiest” Islander.
At the start of the challenge, the group were also introduced to their newest addition and bombshell Danica, who declared she is “happy to step on toes”.
