Paying tribute to his “incredible” fiancée on their Facebook blog, a devastated Lewis penned: “She is the most incredible human that ever walked this planet, she is the strongest, funniest, most kindest and purely decent person I’ve ever known.
“I am truly devastated. She changed my life forever and I’ll never be the same.”
Finishing his heartbreaking post, Lewis asked fans for privacy but assured he would be organising a memorial event in Jazz’s memory.
Jasmine featured on Small Teen Bigger World alongside her mother, Bev, who sadly passed away in 2014.
During her time on the series, the 3ft 11ins star wanted to show the world that she was just like any other teenager, despite being born with dwarfism.
Jasmin, who hailed from Conwy, Wales captured the hearts of fans following her TV stint and went on to publish her autobiography in 2013.
After she stepped away from the cameras, Jazz met and fell in love with partner Lewis.
Since 2021, the couple lived in a tent in woodland after struggling to find a suitable council property.
The soon-to-be husband and wife updated fans about their life outdoors in Bodelwyddan, Denbighshire, with dog Loki on their blog.
Speaking on their joint Facebook blog on June 18, the pair spoke about their living arrangements and how they are determined to remain positive about it.
The post read: “We are Lewis, Jasmine and Loki. We’re a differently abled couple who happen to live in a tent outdoors, in the UK. Although this wasn’t really our first choice, we are still determined to remain happy and productive throughout!!”
