Morning Live’s Dr Ranj has revealed who he is still in touch with after leavingThis Morning.
Talking about his new role, he said: “I’m doing Morning Live now and the ratings are doing really well and it’s a wonderful team to work with which is fantastic.”
But who does he miss from his former ITV show?

“Dr Zoe and Gok [Wan] and everyone… We are still in touch, Alison [Hammond]as well, we still keep in touch which is lovely.
“We are all friends outside the show so that doesn’t change if people move on. The team often changes and who is onscreen will change and who is behind the screen will change, but we remain friends.
“I was messaging Alison the other day saying I am doing panto in Birmingham and she has promised me she will come to watch and if not I will go see her and have a cuppa tea. She’s a legend, and she is just delightful as she is offscreen.”
So, he’s not kicked out of the This Morning group chat then?
When asked if he had been kicked out of the group chat, he responded: “No no no, that’s not how it works we are all still all very good mates.”
This comes as in partnership with the Agriculture and Horticulture Department Board (AHDB), Dr Ranj has been out on a morning milk round and is urging Brits to ‘Wake up to B12’.
Recent stats show a quarter of adults are unaware of the nutritional benefits of B12 – which is found naturally occuring in dairy – such as helping to reduce tiredness and fatigue.
Commenting on the findings and his role in the campaign, Dr Ranj Singh said: “While many households will be looking to eat healthily in the most cost-effective way possible this year, milk is a great option for those that consume it, as it is packed with important nutrients like B12 at an affordable price.
“This January I’d encourage families to ‘Wake Up to B12’ with a healthy breakfast made up of foods such as milk and other dairy products. Vitamin B12 can help to reduce tiredness and fatigue and can help your immune system to work normally.”
Dr Ranj’s top three health benefits of Vitamin B12 also include helping to reduce tiredness and fatigue, support the immune system to work normally and to help the body to release energy from food.
