Outrageous Botched moments – man getting boobs ‘for a bet’ to woman pooping diamonds

Botched is one of the most outrageous plastic surgery shows on the box, and famous surgeons Dr Paul Nassif and Dr Terry Dubrow have been left scratching their heads over plenty of patients over the years.

The world of cosmetic procedures is wild enough on its own, but combined with reality TV it’s a force to be reckoned with, drawing some of the most unique people from across the globe.

From one woman with a ‘second set of boobs’ hiding in her armpits to a man who got breast implants after losing a bet, there’s very little that can surprise the doctors nowadays.

Thankfully, the surgeons are usually ready to help out any patients they come across – though there are some lines even Terry and Paul won’t cross.

Daily Star takes a look at some of the show’s most shocking ever moments.

Woman’s ‘second set of boobs’

In 2021, Dr Paul and Dr Terry met a patient named Samantha, who has “two sets of boobs”.

Appearing in a recent episode, Samantha explained that while that might “sound like a lot of fun” for some people, these second boobs are in each of her armpits, and caused her a tremendous amount of pain.

When Samantha fell pregnant with her first baby, she noticed two masses growing in her pits, explaining that milk would leak out of them when she was breastfeeding.

“There’s no actual nipple on the breasts in my armpits but there’s like a sac of skin filled with something. The milk would just leak from my pores.”

One doctor said there’s nothing they can do for Samantha, explaining that it was “breast tissue” growing in her pits.

Thankfully, the Botched surgeons were able to operate on the boobs, removing the lumps and leaving her with two small scars – and allowing her to wear the sleeveless wedding dress of her dreams.

Jessica Rabbit wannabe’s rib removal

When it came to Swedish model Pixee Fox, there were lines even the Botched crew wouldn’t cross. Back in 2016, the Jessica Rabbit wannabe appeared on the show after splashing out £100,000 on surgeries.

The star had six ribs removed in an attempt to look like a cartoon character, and begged the surgeons to place implants in her bum and hips to accentuate her hourglass figure.

Pixee underwent three nose jobs, four boob jobs, a Brazilian butt life, fillers and liposuction in an attempt to achieve her dream look.

She explained: “People often come up to me and say, ‘don’t take this the wrong way, but you look like a cartoon’.

“But for me that’s a compliment, that’s what I want to achieve.”

“The cartoon characters represent the idealisation of the female body. I want to have the tiny waist, the butt, big boobs, big eyes and a really pretty face.”

Woman poops diamonds

One Botched star baffled the surgeons when she revealed the implanted diamonds in her front teeth – leaving Drs Nassif and Dubrow doing a double take.

The implants cost $1000 apiece (£821) – but that didn’t stop her from accidentally swallowing one.

She confessed: “I had another one, actually, but I swallowed it when I ate an almond. Cost me $1000.”

The doctors then quizzed her: “Did you end up straining your poop to find it?”

“No!” the patient explained. “If it was a $10,000 diamond, I would have, but not for one thousand.”

Man gets breast implants for a bet

Brian Zembic won $10,000 when he agreed to get a pair of boobs for a bet

If you haven’t heard of magician and high-stakes gambler Brian Zembic, you might just have been living under a rock.

The professional gambler, who specialises in games of blackjack and backgammon, is famous for not being able to walk away from any bet – and ended up with boobs as a result.

Back in 1997, Brian agreed on a $100,000 (£82,000) bet with a friend while on holiday in Europe.

He explained: “I was with two friends and his girlfriend at the time was flaunting her boobs. I said to my friend, ‘If I had boobs like hers, I could get just as much attention as she would’.”

So the bet was on. Brian headed to a plastic surgeon in the USA who also happened to be a gambler, and gambled his way through several games of backgammon to land himself a free pair of 38C implants.

Brian quipped: “The first time I showed my friend, he laughed for 10 minutes and said, ‘That is the best $100,000 I’ve ever lost.’”

The boobs became a “normal part” of Brian’s life after having them for 20 years – and he got an additional $10,000 (£8,200) for every year he kept them.

He said: “I got lazy. I was busy gambling, and, honestly, they grew on me. Plus it hasn’t hurt my ability to get girls. They don’t give a s**t.” Even his family were enamoured with the boobs.

But in 2016, it was time for a change, and Brian headed over to Botched to have his implants taken out.

And it seems he has learned to walk away from a bet, explaining: “The other day someone bet me that I wouldn’t cut off my own penis, but I’ve since decided I’m not going to do it. I’ve learned that money isn’t everything.”

Cement-faced woman’s struggles

Trans activist Rajee Narinesingh came to Dr Dubrow and Dr Nassif looking for surgical help to correct her face after splurging on “black-market” facial injections.

Sadly, the jabs left her with cement-like modules in her face, leaving her cheeks with a melting look and drooping eyes.

Thankfully Rajee was completely transformed after getting her face fixed

It turned out that rather than silicone, she was being injected with a mixture of cement, tyre sealant, mineral oil and glue – which Rajee was unaware of for months.

After undergoing ultrasound treatment and taking anti-inflammatory medication for several years, Rajee was finally able to have the concrete removed from her face on Botched – undergoing four surgeries over seven weeks.

‘Bimbo’ wants to be a ‘f*** doll’

Alicia shocked Dr Dubrow and Dr Nassif when she gave them a lesson in ‘bimbofication’, confessing she wants to look just like a blow-up doll.

Appearing on the show, she confessed: “I told [my boyfriend] right from the beginning I was very fascinated by big boobs and long blonde hair.

“I was actually really really Goth when I met him.”

Speaking about becoming a “bimbo”, Alicia explained: “I don’t want to be an airhead, but basically what it is is to look like a male fantasy. Have a bit of a blow-doll look.

“I want to look like a f*** doll, but I don’t want to be a f*** doll. I know that is very contradictory but I feel like my body is a form of art.”

Alicia went from having no implants in her boobs to 650ccs, which later got infected, making one of her boobs rock hard.

She also wanted a Brazilian butt lift and ribs removed, with “an internal corset” to make her waist slimmer.

“At one point I also thought about sewing my fingers together because that would create a doll hand.”
