Restaurant staff are filmed huddling around the birthday boy as they gift him a sweet Pancake treat with the words “Happy Birthday” artistically painted over the plate as they merrily sing the Happy Birthday song.
Carol’s caption to her 705,000 Twitter followers read: “Happy birthday to my boy Cameron 26 today.
“He only ever asks for pancakes at home for his present. Well, this morning, he had pancakes in Amman, Jordan And a whole lot more chocolate, too [love heart and thumbs emoji].”
Carol’s loyal legion of followers were the first to share their birthday wishes, with many taking to the comment section to wish Cameron a very “lovely Happy Birthday”.
Another message said: “Awww, he looks over the moon with that Carol,” while a third penned: “Bless him. You’ve just made his day with that.”

A fourth chimed in with: “This is such a precious moment, Carol,” as a fifth coined: “Love the bond you both have.”
Mum-of-two Carol, who also shares daughter Katie, 32, with ex-husband Patrick King, has previously spoken about her son Cameron’s learning difficulties.
Only last November did Carol vouch that there needs to be more support for special educational needs children like her son Cameron, who has high spectrum autism, ADD, dyslexia and ADHD.
Carol said: “If a child has special educational needs like my son did, he was off the scale dyslexic, he was in a special school for about five years in the end.”
She added: “Sadly, there is not much support for them. Budgets have been cut in local authorities.
“Some people are waiting for years for that educational psychiatrist test. It’s not a good place at all at the moment. I can only see it getting worse right now. They end up being the forgotten ones sadly.”
