Alesha Dixon rose to fame in the early 2000s as part of R&B and hip hop girl group, Mis-Teeq.
Mis-Teeq, made up of Alesha, Su-Elise Nash and Sabrina Washington, were hugely successful in the UK as well as across Europe, Asia and the US.
The trio landed two top-ten albums and seven consecutive top-ten singles as well as chart-topping success on the UK Singles Chart.
After the group disbanded in 2005, Alesha embarked on a solo career however her popularity as a singer began to decline.

In 2007, the 44-year-old went on to win Strictly Come Dancing which led to a successful musical comeback, with her track Breathe Slow earning her a Brit Award nomination.
In 2009, Alesha became a judge on Strictly before trading in her position on the BBC programme for a spot on the Britain’s Got Talent panel in 2012.
