Morena Baccarin says she did not enjoy the saucy sex scenes in her latest movie despite being paired up with Hollywood hunk Ryan Reynolds.
The Deadpool actress plays Vanessa in Fox’s film based on the Marvel comics, representing a prostitute and girlfriend of Ryan’s Wade Wilson.
To show the passing of time the film delivers an explicit sex scene montage with the actors celebrating Christmas, Valentine’s Day and other national holidays in bed.

But Homeland’s Morena told the TV host Conan O’Brien: “It was really fun… minus the two days of sex scenes, it was wonderful, the whole experience.

“It took two days to shoot the sex scene, because I think it was us making sweet love for an entire calendar year. So it was all the holidays, you know. So we dressed differently for every one.”
She added: “Believe me, there’s a lot left on the cutting room floor, because there are a lot of holidays,” adding: “And I feel good about that — the part that was left out.
“I literally mean that was enough sex. Like nobody needs to see more than what was in the movie!”

Reynolds, however, has other pans in the fire as the co-owner of Wrexham football club in Wales, alongside Rob McElhenney, with promotion to the national league’s bottom tier on the cards.
The Red Dragons are on the brink of clinching the only automatic promotion spot from the National League with a four-point gap between them and rivals Notts County.
The accolade is theirs to lose as they only need three points from their last two games to seal promotion, starting with their match against play-off contenders Boreham Wood later today (April 22).
