Love Island viewers ‘want to vomit’ minutes into show as producers ‘terrorise’ fans

Things heated up in the Love Island villa on Friday night, with Leah Taylor and Montel McKenzie locking lips on the balcony, but while viewers were happy to see the two islanders ‘crack on’, many felt they didn’t need to hear quite so much of their steamy smooch.

As the two reality TV star hopefuls embraced, ITV proved that the Love Island sound department isn’t working hard enough as the passionate clinch came complete with sound affects, with the contestants microphones picking up on every movement of their kiss.

Fans at home were unimpressed with the sloppy kissing noises and begged the show’s editing department to make some changes.

“Ewww! Real people don’t make those hideous noises when they kiss kids. It makes me want to vomit,” blasted one fan.

Another griped: “the producers that keep terrorizing us with these damn LOUD kissing noises, I can’t stand y’all!” while a third added: “can the producers make the islanders turn off the mics when they kiss the noises are aggravating me.”

“Nah they actually need to turn the mics down when people are kissing, the sounds make me cringe,” penned yet another unimpressed viewer.

Leah and Montel’s round of tonsil tennis came after he chose Leah to be his partner at the recoupling ceremony.

Taking Leah up to the terrace, the pair wasted no time getting frisky during their moment of privacy away from the other islanders.

But the villa was soon thrown back into chaos after season 2 contestant Kady McDermott made a bombshell return to the show.

As the girls were enjoying a spa break together outside the villa, the boys were stunned to see the brunette star walk through the doors.

Waving at the boys, she left them speechless as she said: “Alright boys, who’s ready for a pocket rocket!”

Deciding to tease the girls, the lads posed for a selfie with their gorgeous new housemate, sending the girls into a frenzy.

The girls then arrived back in the villa to meet Kady, with her keeping her cards close to her chest as she said she found ‘all the boys’ attractive.

As the girls caught up with Kady, the boys predicted that Ella, 23, and Molly would feel the most threatened by Kady’s arrival as she looks set to stir up drama.

Love Island airs nightly on ITV2 and ITVX at 9pm
