Christine McGuinness has admitted she’s not ready to move on from husband Paddy.
The couple separated last summer but she is too scared to date anyone new.
She told the Daily Star: “Nothing has really changed. If I was going out and enjoying some kind of single life, it would be different, but I’m not.

“I don’t feel like a young, free and single person. The thought of dating is actually my worst nightmare. I’ve just never really done it.
“When I met my husband, we were friends first and I think that helped.
“I never had that pressure of, ‘What do I wear? Where do I go? What is the food going to be like? Will I like the restaurant?’
“The idea of dating for me is petrifying.”
Christine, 35, has autism, which means she finds it difficult to meet new people.
She added: “I don’t really enjoy eating in different places with people that I don’t know.
“Once I’m comfortable with someone, that’s lovely, but I don’t know how I am supposed to get to that point.”
Christine is focusing on her career and being a mum. The lingerie model has three children with ex Paddy, 49.
She said: “I’m really busy with my children when I’m not working. Life’s good.
“I’m just very calm and peaceful and I don’t want anything to disturb that right now.”
Christine and Paddy confirmed they were splitting up last July in a joint statement.
They also explained they would continue living together in order to co-parent their three children, twins Leo and Penelope, and daughter Felicity.
