Linda Robson made sure to get very candid on Friday’s edition (August 11) of Loose Women.
The Birds Of A Feather personality took to the airwaves on the long-running ITV Daytime debate programme alongside Jane Moore, Gloria Hunniford and Nadia Sawalha.
However, the actress and personality opened up on the realities of being a parent when the quartet discussed a new book about Princess Diana.

The Little People, Big Dreams book series has a new instalment which tells the story of the achievements of the late Princess Of Wales, but it goes into detail about her highly publicised battle with bulimia.
It shows her feeling sad at the breakdown of her relationship with then-Prince Charles and how she used to eat cakes in the kitchens of Buckingham Palace.
Linda Robson has three kids, Lauren (born in 1983) who she shares with ex-husband Tony Tyler, as well as Louis (born in 1992) and Roberta (born in 1996) who she shares with Mark Dunford.
But the star slammed the new book as irresponsible for teaching young children about the condition as she opened up on the struggles she faced with her eldest daughter.
She told Jane: “You know, four years of age, to be worrying about what you’re eating and whine about your weight and that is far too young.
“And as I’ve got a daughter, Lauren, who did have bulimia growing up, that’s really worrying, I think.
“I took her to the doctors and they didn’t take it very seriously at the time, as I said, ‘Oh it’s her age you’ll be fine’ and that, but this carried on for quite a long time until she actually got pregnant with her first child.
“I used to be standing outside the door listening and trying to hear if she was making herself sick, it was really worrying at the time as well.”
Meanwhile Nadia also slammed the book as she declared: “They really are incredible books, but I’m not sure about this connection, she felt sad and she ate a cake.
“To an immature brain that’s very suggestive. I think that oh, you feel sad and you eat cake.”
