Coronation Street fans have been left gutted following the closure of the Rovers Return.
Former landlady Jenny Connor (Sally Ann Matthews) recently sold up and the pub is being taken over by Waterford;s. Locals came together in recent scenes of the ITV soap to drink the profits before the final last orders.
It is currently closed and being revamped and staff members Daisy Midgeley (Charlotte Jordan), Glenda Shuttleworth (Jodie Prenger) and Sean Tully (Antony Cotton) were sacked with immediate effect. In the meantime, the group considered that they still had a stock full of alcohol, and they might as well go out with a bang before the place was boarded up for the foreseeable future.

Former Michelle Connor actress Kym was rocked by reports that an unknown man had attempted to sell a 57-second video of her engaging in a sex act for £30,000. The presenter was left “devastated” by the attempted sale of the “very explicit” tape, which is believed to have seen Kym performing oral sex on an unidentified male.
Nude photos of the star were also feared to be on offer, with Kym left “terrified” by the possibility that compromising footage or material could leak. A few years after her sex-tape scandal first emerged, Kym appeared to make light of the situation with a cheeky blowjob quip.

Catherine, who played Eva Price in Corrie, has previously revealed she asks husband Tom Pitfield for advice before filming steamy scenes for work. She said at the time: “I remember the night before rehearsals for my sex scenes, and I said, ‘Babe, if I straddle like this, does my bum look really bad? Have I got cauliflower ass?’
Catherine insists having photographer Tom on set to watch her “seduce” other actors has been a good thing. She said: “He’s been there on set when I’ve had to snog other actors. But I think that’s good. Tom being there means he can see how clinical it is — and not remotely sexy.”

Denise Welch is never one to keep quiet about her love life away from the camera. The actress, who played Natalie Barnes, has previously described herself as a “sexaholic” as she opened up about her addiction to bonking while speaking to Piers Morgan on Life Stories back in 2012.
She previously told The Sun: “I like sex. What’s the problem with being a sexaholic? I just like sh*gging.” Denise went on to joked that she would’ve liked to have romped with her former co-star Bill Roache when he was younger after he claimed to have bedded more than 1,000 women.
When asked about his impressive number of partners, the actress confessed: “I did not know Bill back then. If I did I would have made mincemeat out of him.”
