Adele finally confirms engagement to sports agent boyfriend as she reveals ring

Adele has set tongues wagging after dropping a huge wedding hint confirming her engagement.

While belting out tunes at her Munich show, the Hello hitmaker was proposed to by an adoring fan. The Brit songstress had to decline, revealing a juicy bit of gossip – she’s set to wed her beau Rich Paul.

The lovebirds have been at the centre of endless chit-chat about their relationship. Adele, the top-charting diva, responded to a banner asking “Will you marry me? ” with: “I can’t marry you because I’m already getting married! ” She also flashed the ring to fans while on stage.

The cheeky singer has been playing with her fans’ hearts, stoking the fires of marriage gossip. A source close to the star found it absolutely “hilarious that fans reckon they’re already married”, while Adele herself didn’t shy away from fanning the flames with teasing comments.

The rumour mill went into overdrive previously when the Grammy-award winning artist was spotted with a sparkler on her ring finger. She’s even fallen into calling Rich her “husband” during gigs, reports the Mirror.

But now, she’s cleared the air whilst owning the stage in Munich.

And according to the Sun, it is believed that the pair could officially hold the big event at the end of next year.

A source for the newspaper spilled details of the proposal. They said: “Rich planned for the proposal to be in her hometown, and gave her an incredible four carat diamond ring.

“They celebrated with champagne at Chiltern Firehouse the following evening.”

Post-engagement, Adele reportedly went straight to FaceTime to spread the happy tidings amongst her close circle.
