Naga Munchetty was left totally gobsmacked live on air as her colleague began to strip topless.
The presenter hosted BBC Breakfast alongside her usual partner Charlie Stayt as they covered Dorset Museum’s “naked viewing” event, which allows visitors to walk around the building completely starkers while admiring the art.
Charlie introduced the piece by saying: “A museum in Dorchester is […] opening its doors to visitors who want to wander through its galleries after hours, completely naked. Why? Well, that’s what our reporter Steve Harris has been finding out.”

The camera cut to Harris at the museum as he chatted with one nude museum-goer, who told the presenter that wandering around in the nude “gives you a massive confidence to see normal people naked”.

After exploring the museum and informing BBC viewers about the event, which is available to members of the public, Steve decided to join in the fun and ditched his own clothes before closing out the segment.
Back in the studio, Naga couldn’t believe her eyes as she watched Steve remove his shirt and jacket to present the final moments totally topless. He addressed the camera and quipped: “For now, this evening is a one off. After tonight the museum will be closed until further notice but I’m not going to miss out on a once in a lifetime opportunity. What’s that saying? When in Rome?”

Munchetty and Stayt were clearly at a loss for words as they processed their colleagues bold move on live TV. Naga asked Charlie whether the idea of a nude museum visit “appeals to him,” to which the BBC Breakfast host replied: “No, I just think it’s great. People being happy, doing their thing. Why not?”
BBC viewers thought the pair’s reactions were completely priceless and couldn’t wait to flock to X/Twitter to comment on their hilarious expressions. One person said: “Never seen [Naga] lost for words before after the report on Dorset Museum!”

Another wrote: “Best thing I’ve ever seen on [BBC Breakfast] in years, Naga’s face as a piece on a nude friendly art gallery ended. Looked a bit like Dame Edna when she was shocked.”
“[Naga] well done for keeping a straight face earlier,” praised another tickled Breakfast fan.
