Travis Kelce celebrated his 35th birthday by hosting the second annual Kelce Car Jam charity event in Kansas City.
The star-studded fundraiser and block party, which supports the Kansas City Chiefs tight end’s 87 and Running Foundation, aims to help underprivileged children in Kansas City and Cleveland. Notable attendees at the bash on Saturday included Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes and his wife, Brittany.
However, Kelce’s girlfriend, pop superstar Taylor Swift, was conspicuously absent from the event. This came as a surprise following US Weekly’s recent claim: “Swift will likely be on hand to celebrate his October 5 birthday with family and friends at his Kelce Car Jam in Kansas City.”

Despite her no-show, Taylor Swift’s presence was felt at the event, with her chart-topping hits playing throughout the venue. Kelce also displayed his vintage 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle, the same car he was spotted driving Swift in last year after her first-ever Chiefs game appearance.
Speaking on the ‘New Heights’ podcast earlier this week, Kelce said: “This year is the second year we’ve done a car show, basically a block-party style event, that will showcase some of the city’s top automobiles from the Fuel House, a fun car club out here,” reports the Mirror.
Kelce has expressed his enthusiasm for upcoming charity events. He said: “It’s gonna be fun. I should have my old school ’70 Chevelle all revved up and ready to rock and roll. If not, I’ll bring one of the other cars that I have.”
He also praised the Kansas City fans, stating: “It’s always fun to get out here in Kansas City. Kansas City, they show up every single time that I’ve done anything foundation-wise, and I love them for it.”
Speaking to Page Six, Kelce confirmed Swift would attend the Chiefs’ game against the New Orleans Saints. He said: “She will not be here [today. But] I know she’s coming in for the game.”
When asked about his birthday wish, Kelce replied: “I’ll take another Super Bowl if you got one of those.” Swift had attended the Chiefs’ first two games but missed the last two, which were victories over the Atlanta Falcons and Los Angeles Chargers.
Despite her absence, Kelce delivered his best performance of the season in the Chiefs’ 17-10 win over the Chargers, catching seven passes for 89 yards. However, it remains to be seen if he has truly regained his form after a slow start to the year.
