New mum Michelle Keegan was spotted on a walk around London with husband Mark Wright and their adorable baby daughter Palma, after welcoming the little one this month
Michelle Keegan was glowing as a new mum on her first public outing with her baby daughter.
The 37-year-old Brassic actress welcomed her first child with husband Mark Wright earlier this month. She gave birth to their baby daughter, Palma Elizabeth, on March 6, and has shared a couple of snaps of the newborn on Instagram.
Proud parents Michelle and Mark, 38, were all smiles this week as they took a stroll around London with their baby daughter and Michelle’s mum, Jacqueline. The pair were seen wheeling the little one around in a plush pram in the capital on their first outing as a family.
Former Corrie star Michelle was glowing as she took control of the pram next to TOWIE star mark. She looked stylish and comfy in a beige cardigan, a white top and black trousers, opting for a pair of shades to shield her eyes from the sun.
It appears Mark and Michelle decided to adopt matching tones as Mark rocked a beige shirt, a black top and black trousers. Mum Jackie walked with a crutch and decided to take a few sweet snaps of the family during the outing.
Michelle and Mark announced the arrival of Palma earlier this month. They posted a black and white photo showing the pair holding hands with their new baby, and the caption read: “Together we have a new love to share… Our little girl [white heart emoji]. Palma Elizabeth Wright. 06.03.25.”
Michelle and Mark, who have been married since 2015, announced their pregnancy back in December 2024. They shared the news with a romantic photo showing the pair stood on a sandy beach – it also revealed Michelle’s baby bump for the first time.
“2025 is going to be a special one for us…” the pair wrote alongside a baby emoji and a white heart. Michelle had kept fans updated on her pregnancy journey with occasional posts on social media.
Discussing her pregnancy cravings, she told Grazia: “I’m usually a savoury girl, but now I’m craving sugary stuff,’ she said. “I’ll eat a chocolate bar while walking around the supermarket and just give them the wrapper at the checkout.”
Michelle said she was looking forward to taking some time off to focus on being a mother. She told the MailOnline: ‘I’m going to take a good chunk of time off to enjoy being a mum. I’m never normally at home in the summer, I’ve always been away working, so I can’t wait.’
Michelle and Mark reportedly first met in Dubai in 2012 and started dating that year, but kept their romance private until they stepped out as a couple at the Soap Awards in 2013. They tied the knot on 24 May 2015 and the lavish ceremony took place in St Mary’s Church in Bury St Edmunds.
The couple spent their honeymoon in Dubai, where they stayed in an incredible underwater suite at the exclusive Atlantis, The Palm Hotel. The beachside resort was special as it’s where the Corrie star first crossed paths with Mark in 2012.
Michelle and Mark live at their Essex mansion which they bought in 2019 and have since renovated. The pair keep fans updated on the home through their joint home renovation account, @wrightyhome.
Michelle was moved to tears by their home renovations when she saw the results for the first time after filming in Australia. She told The Observer: “I was filming in Australia and hadn’t seen the house for months. And when I walked in, Mark had lit all the candles and… I couldn’t speak for five minutes. He was like, ‘What do you think?’ I couldn’t find the words to say how I felt, because I was so overwhelmed. I just burst out crying.”
