The Champions League winner’s jaw-dropping wife is a singer and personal stylist who has been with the former Premier League ace since 2020 – but has a child with a Hollywood icon
A Champions League winner will be looking forward to his first Christmas back in Brazil with his stunning wife.
Jorginho was a standout at Chelsea and Arsenal before leaving these shores – capturing club football’s biggest prize along with the Europa League, Super Cup and Club World Cup during his time at Stamford Bridge, alongside the European Championship with Italy. After fighting for the Premier League title at Arsenal, over the summer he made his latest move to Flamengo in his homeland.
And after celebrating his 34th birthday earlier this week – it’s time to get festive for Jorginho, who represented Italy after moving there when he was 15. And he’ll be hoping to spend some down time with his stunning wife Catherine Harding. Cat has been romantically linked with the holding midfielder since 2020, following his separation from spouse of eight years Natalia Leteri.
The stunning vocalist, who graced talent competition The Voice in 2020 performing as Cat Cavelli and received mentorship from Olly Murs during the knockout rounds before elimination, previously enjoyed a brief liaison with Hollywood heartthrob and British actor Jude Law.
Her paths crossed with The Talented Mr. Ripley and The Holiday star while filming in the Czech Republic back in 2014, sparking a passionate but fleeting romance that culminated in pregnancy and the birth of their daughter.
Catherine previously revealed: “We met at a bar in Soho and hit it off. I didn’t plan to have a baby. It just happened. It’s so exciting being a mum.”
Whilst she’s praised Jude as a “great dad”, Jorginho has embraced a paternal role with their child. Their daughter, Ada, 10, was captured calling Jorginho “dad” during Amazon Prime’s documentary series Married To The Game.
The couple also share a little one together, son Jax, who arrived in 2021. Catherine regularly posts snaps of the family on Instagram, where nearly 50k followers stay tuned to her latest updates.
The stunning style maven, who describes herself as a north London lass from Holloway, has also carved out a career as a personal stylist.
While filming the Amazon documentary about WAG life, she confessed her football knowledge wasn’t exactly encyclopaedic, revealing: “I don’t watch football other than when he is playing.
“I don’t know the rules. I don’t know the offside rule. I don’t know anything… he tries to explain it to me. I honestly just learned there are 11 players.”
Catherine, who boasts 123k Instagram followers, honed her styling skills at the London College of Style and now operates her own venture, Cat Cavelli Curates.
She and Jorginho tied the knot in a lavish ceremony on the shores of Lake Como, Italy in early June.
