Brooklyn Beckham got into the festive spirit with wife Nicola Peltz and her parents at their lavish home at Christmas, despite the reported rift with his family members
It’s fresh heartache for David and Victoria Beckham.
It’s understood Brooklyn and wife Nicola Peltz have fallen out with the rest of the Beckhams. The family feud reports were fuelled back in April, when they failed to attend his dad David’s 50th birthday dinner party in London.
Brooklyn’s brother Cruz recently claimed his sibling has blocked him and their parents David and Victoria on Instagram. It came after reports that that David and Victoria, who are spending Christmas in the UK, had unfollowed Brooklyn on the social media platform.
And now Brooklyn has now shared snaps of his Christmas festivities across the pond with Nicola and her parents Nelson and Claudia. Brooklyn and Nicola even wore matching PJs in the new festive snaps, shared on both Brooklyn and Nicola’s Instagram.
In their joint post they wrote: “We wish everyone a merry Christmas and a happy new year filled with so much love, peace and happiness.”
One snap saw Brooklyn, Nicola and her parents huddling by the Christmas tree, and another caught Nicola sitting on Brooklyn’s lap. The happy couple beamed by the Christmas tree in a sweet third photo.
It comes after Cruz spoke out about his family’s feud with Brooklyn. He claimed in a post on Instagram that their mum and dad would “never unfollow” Brooklyn and that he in fact blocked them and him.
Alongside a screenshot of a newspaper headline, he wrote: “NOT TRUE. My mum and dad would never unfollow their son.. Let’s get the facts right. They woke up blocked… as did I.”
It is not known for certain whether or not Brooklyn has blocked his family members on Instagram, whether he has unfollowed them, or vice versa. Brooklyn, who now lives in LA with Nicola, is also not currently following his sister Harper.
But it’s not known what the reason for this would be, and Brooklyn and Harper have always been close. In July, he wished her a happy birthday on Instagram. Alongside a photo of him, Nicola and Harper, he wrote: “Happy birthday Harper we love u x [sic].”
Earlier this month, Cruz had posted a rare photo featuring Brooklyn taken on the beach during a family holiday, suggesting tensions may have simmered. However, it would seem that that is not the case if Brooklyn has in fact blocked his family members.
In May, Brooklyn shared a video showing him riding a red motorbike down the streets of Los Angeles. Nicola was sat behind Brooklyn on the bike with her arms wrapped around his neck.
He seemed to reference the reported rift with his family in the caption of the post, where he made it clear he would “choose” Nicola no matter what.
He wrote: “My whole world x I will love you forever x I always choose you baby x you’re the most amazing person i know xx me and you forever baby.” Nicola replied in her own post: “I’ve always got you baby.”
